海外医疗服务数据统计及口径确定实践分析

目的提高海外医疗服务工作过程中数据信息统计的有效性。方法采取Delphi法确定统计项目指标，通过文献回顾荟萃和专家访谈法确定数据统计口径，使用Excel和SPSS软件分析数据采集情况。结果辅诊、住院及手术信息收集统计情况较好，分诊及就诊信息登记存在一定程度缺漏。结论应事先筹划数据收集工作和确定统计口径，建立数据收集制度规则与配套表格，对任务人员进行数据记录培训，增强记录意识，以提高统计有效率。

Analysis of data statistics and statistical coverage determination during medical service abroad

Objective To enhance the effectiveness of statistics during medical service abroad. Methods The Delphi method was used to determine statistical indicators. The statistical coverage was determined using Meta method and Delphi method. Excel and SPSS software were used to analyze the quality of data statistics. Results The quality of statistics and registration was good in auxiliary diagnosis departments, in-patient departments and operating departments, but the registra- tion of clinical departments had certain records missing. Conclusion In order to enhance the efficiency of statistics, we should make plans for data collection and determine statistical standards in advance. We should also formulate rules and supporting forms to enhance the quality of statistics. At the same time, enhancing the mission men＇s awareness of data re- cording is also very important.
