肾移植患者健康教育需求的调查分析

目的了解肾移植患者健康教育需求，探讨有效的教育方式与内容。方法采用问卷调查方式，对93例肾移植患者就健康教育需求的内容和方式进行了问卷调查，针对存在的问题，提出相应的对策。结果患者有一定的健康信息储存，但缺乏较深层次的健康知识指导，对术后用药和饮食的教育需求较多；医护人员讲解及召开肾移植患者联友会方式最受欢迎。结论在整体护理过程中，须重视健康教育的形式及心理支持；患者家属在健康教育中的地位不容忽视。

Survey of health education requirements of renal transplantation recipients

Objective To understand the requirements of renal transplantation recipients for health education and explore effective e-ducation modes and contents. Methods 93 renal transplantation recipients were investigated with questionnaire according to the need for health education and contents. The pertinent measures were put forward aiming at the existing problems. Results The survey showed the patients knew certain health information on renal transplantation, but lacked further health instructions and needed more information about the drugs and diet after renal transplantation. The methods like doctors' and nurses' explanation as well as the fellowship of renal transplantation recipients were most popular. Conclusion During the holistic nursing process, we must pay more attention to the form of health education and the mental support. The role of their families should not be neglected in health education.
