动态脑电图结合脑干听觉诱发电位对脑卒中患者预后的评估价值

摘    要:目的分析动态脑电图与脑干听觉诱发电位对脑卒中患者预后的评估价值。方法取本院于2008年5月~2012年5月收治的脑卒中患者164例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各82例。对照组患者采用常规脑电图监测,观察组患者使用动态脑电图结合脑干听觉诱发电位进行监测,比较两组的预后评估价值差异。结果观察组的真阳性及真阴性人数均多于对照组,假阳性及假阴性人数少于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组的检测敏感性、特异性及准确率均高于对照组,错误率低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论动态脑电图结合脑干听觉诱发电位可以提高脑卒中患者的预后评估敏感性及特异性,增加评估准确率。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the assessed value of amplitude integrated electroencephalogram(AEEG) combined with brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) on prognosis of cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods 164 patients with stroke from May 2008 to May 2012 were chose as the objects of study,they were divided into observation group(82 cases) and control group(82 cases),the control group used routine electroencephalogram(REEG),the observation group used amplitude integrated electroencephalogram(AEEG) combined with brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP),to compare prognostic evaluation in the two groups.Results The observation group was greater than the control group at true positive and true negative number,less than the control group at false positive and false negative number(P 0.05);the observation group's detection sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were higher than those in the control group,the error rate was lower than that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The combination of dynamic electroencephalogram brainstem auditory evoking potential in the patients with cerebral apoplexy can improve the prognostic evaluation of sensitivity and specificity,increase the assessment accuracy.
