摘    要:
对某月本院30个病区出院病人1458份满意度调查问卷进行分析为例,评估了所设计病人满意度调查问卷的可靠性。问卷的效度和信度均符合要求,并结合多元逐步回归分析,发现影响病人满意度的因素由高到低是服务态度、技术水平、管理工作和费用,为提高护理服务质量及管理水平提供了依据。

Abstract:
A self-designed Questionnaire of In-patient Satisfaction was assessed through 1458 respondents in 30 ward areas of our hospital in a month. The results showed the questionnaire had acceptable validity and reliability. Factor analysis and multivariable stepwise regression showed that the factors influencing patient satisfaction from high to low were service attitude, technology level, management level, and expenses, offering useful information and evidence for nursing managers to improve nursing quality and management level. Experiences were delivered as well.
