铜绿假单胞菌87株耐药性分析

目的了解近年我院铜绿假单胞菌对10种常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法收集2006年1月至2008年1月我院分离的87株铜绿假单胞菌,培养鉴定,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)测定其对10种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果铜绿假单胞菌主要分布在:痰标本中38株;脓液中18株;分泌物中15株;创伤口14株。铜绿假单胞菌对哌拉西林钠、氨曲南、头孢地嗪、头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦、亚胺培南、左氧氟沙星、头孢呋辛、头孢他啶、环丙沙星、丁胺卡那的耐药率分别是51.7%、42.5%、40.2%、35.6%、33.3%、29.9%、25.3%、23.0%、18.4%、17.2%。结论铜绿假单胞菌对三代头胞菌素耐药率较高,需有指征地使用三代头孢菌素,以减少其诱导作用,避免多重耐药菌株产生。

Drug Resistance Analysis of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa:A Report of 87 Sampies

Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to 10 kinds of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods The antibiotic susceptibility of P. aeruginosa isolated from hospital to 10 kinds of antibiotics were tested by disc diffusion method from January 2006 to January 2008. Results 38 cases were found in sputum sample, 18 cases were found in pus sample. 15 cases were found in secretion samples, and 14 cases were found in wound. The resistance rate to piperacillin sodium, aztreonam, cefodizime ,ceftazidime imipenem and amikacin, imipenem, levofloxacin, cefuroxime, ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin, amikacinwere 51.7% ,42.5% ,40.2% ,35.6% ,33.3% ,29.9% ,25.3% ,23.0% ,18.4% ,17.2% respectively. Conclusion P seudomonas, aeruginosa still has high drug resistance to the third generation of CsA. This drug should be used according to indication, in order to reduce the induction, and avoid the multiple drug resistance.
