儿童生存质量测定量表PedsQL4.0中文版 的信度和效度分析

 【目的】 考察儿童生存质量自评式测定量表PedsQL4.0中文版的信度和效度?【方法】 采用国际通用的量表翻译改造程序,将英文版的儿童生存质量测定量表PedsQL4.0翻译改造成中文?在广州市区用PedsQL4.0中文版调查普通儿童和白血病患儿共335人,其中正常儿童291人,白血病儿童44人?分析量表的可行性?内部一致性?内容效度?区分效度?结构效度等?【结果】 350名被调查儿童中335名完成了问卷,答卷的条目缺失率低于1%;量表各个方面的Cronbach′s α系数介于0.74 ～ 0.82之间;普通儿童在量表各方面的得分和总表得分均高于白血病儿童,差别均有统计学意义(P < 0.001);量表的各条目与其所属方面和领域之间相关较强, 而与其它方面和领域相关较弱;证实性因子分析结果表明量表的内在结构与原量表构造基本一致?【结论】 自评式PedsQL4.0中文版量表的信度和效度良好,可以应用于中国儿童生存质量的研究?

Reliability and Validity for Chinese Version of Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory PedsQL4.0

[Objective] To test the reliability and validity of Chinese Version "Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory PedsQL4.0". [Method] The standard procedure of cross-culture adaptation was used to develop the Chinese version PedsQL4 .0. A total of 335 healthy children and 44 children suffering from leukemia completed the Chinese version PedsQL4.0. The psychometric properties of the scale such as internal consistency,content validity,discriminate validity and construct validity were evaluated. [Results] A total of 335 of 350 investigated children completed the questionnaire. The rate of item missing was less than 1%. All domains' Cronbach alpha ranged from 0.74-0.82. The scores of all domains of healthy children were higher than that of leukemia children. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was higher correlation between item and its belonged domains than that with other domains. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated the factor structure was similar with the theoretical construct of the instrument. [Conclusion] An acceptable psychometric properties of the Chinese Version PedsQL4.0 was indicated. Chinese version PedQL4.0 can be used in health-related quality of life research for Chinese children.
