| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腔镜在诊断和治疗宫腔粘连中的作用。方法对51例宫腔粘连患者进行宫腔镜检查,并在镜下行电切分离子宫内粘连,术后予以抗生素、人工周期、IUD留置。结果 51例患者宫腔粘连完全分离,无并发症发生,术后46例月经恢复正常,5例经量仍较少。33例痛经者术后缓解30例。结论宫腔镜是目前诊断和治疗宫腔粘连最准确、最理想的方法,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine adhesions.Methods51 patients with intrauterine adhesions were examined by hysteroscopy and separated intrauterine adhesions with electrotome by hysteroscopy treated with antibiotic,manpower-cycle and IUD-installed after operation.Results 51 cases with intrauterine adhesions were separated completely.Menses of 46 patients recovered after operation.5 cases menstrual flow was still small.30 cases with dysmenorrhea wer... |
