摘    要:批判性思维是一种质疑反思的、合理客观的、有目的性的、可靠的思维方式,是医学生所应具备的基本素质之一,在临床实习阶段对医学生进行批判性思维的培养具有可行性、必要性,对CBL教学模式进行科学合理的设计并优化是培养批判性思维的良好方式。

Abstract:Critical thinking is described as a kind of reflective,reasonable,objective,purposeful and reliable way of thinking,and it is one of the essential abilities that medical student should possess.It is necessary and feasible to train medical students' critical thinking in clinical practice.Optimizing case-based learning(CBL) method is a good way to train this thinking mode.
