手术联合放疗对直肠癌的临床疗效观察

目的探讨手术联合放疗对直肠癌的临床治疗效果,为该病的治疗提供建议。方法将138例直肠癌患者分为手术联合放疗（综合治疗）组和单纯手术组,观察并比较两组的治疗效果及患者满意度。结果两组共有4例患者失访,总随访率为97.10%。综合治疗组的复发率仅为7.04%,远低于单纯手术组的59.15%（P〈0.05）。此外,综合治疗组的转移率也远低于单纯手术组（p〈0.01）。综合治疗组未出现术后吻合口瘘及腹部伤口延期愈合,单纯手术组发生2例。综合治疗组出现放射性肠炎5例。综合治疗组的患者满意度为87.32%,高于单纯手术组的73.13%（P〈0.05）。结论手术联合放射治疗可以大大提高直肠癌患者的临床疗效,防止和减少复发率和转移率,可在临床上广泛应用。

The clinical effect of surgery combined with radiotherapy for rectal cancer
