摘    要:医学教育标准的出台和医疗环境的变化对医学生人文素质教育提出了更高的要求。通过借鉴美国医学人文素质教学的经验,分析目前我国这方面教育的现况,提出从树立意识、改革课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善考核评价等方面加强医学生的人文素质教育。

Abstract:The enactment of the medical education standards and changes of medical environment have made higher demand for humanities quality education of medical students.By learning from the experience of American humanities quality education,this paper analyzes the current situation in China.At last,some countermeasures are put forward to enhance the humanities quality of medical students in developing the awareness,reforming curriculum,strengthening teachers' training,and improving the assessment and evaluation.
