112例踝关节骨折手术治疗分析

目的总结踝关节骨折的手术方法和治疗效果。方法回顾分析112例踝关节骨折的手术治疗，应用改良的Baird和Jackson评分系统对疗效进行评定，并就骨折类型、骨折固定方法、术后功能锻炼的关系进行分析。结果随访时间为8～36个月，平均18个月。112例疗效为：优72例，良28例，可6例，差6例，优良率89．2％。结论手术治疗踝关节骨折可取得满意的骨折复位和临床疗效，复位的质量与疗效密切相关，判断骨折类型和选择固定方法对于提高复位质量，改善远期疗效十分重要。

Analysis of surgical treatment for fracture of ankle joint in 112 cases

Objective To evaluate the surgical techniques and effect of open reduction and internal fixation for ankle fracture. Methods one hundred and twelve patients with ankle fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation from August 2006 to August 2008. All the patients were evaluated with modified Baird and Jackson scoring system. The relationship among final result, fracture pattern, fixation methods and the time of exercise initiation after operation were analyzed respectively. Results All the patients were followed up from 8 to 36 months （average 18 months）. In 112 patients, there were 72 cases with excellent result, 28 cases with good result, 6 cases with fair result, 6 cases with poor result. The total rate of excellent and good results was 89.2%. Conclusions There was satisfactory effect of the surgical treatment on fracture of ankle joint. The quality of reduction was the main factor which influences the prognosis of patients. The estimation of fracture pattern and stable internal fixation can achieve an obvious recovery of the function and better long term results.
