摘    要:
目的探讨介入封堵治疗房间隔、室间隔缺损的临床价值。方法对16例先天性房间隔、室间隔缺损介入封堵治疗的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果16例患者均操作顺利,术后造影及超声检查均未见残余分流,主动脉瓣及三尖瓣无反流,心脏听诊杂音消失。术后一个月及三个月复查,封堵器位置良好,无移位,无残余分流。2例室缺患者在术后第二天出现不同程度传导阻滞,经异丙肾上腺素、地塞米松等治疗后好转。结论介入封堵治疗是一种痛苦小。效果好,住院时间短,并发症低的先心病微创治疗手段。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transcatheter interventional occlusion in patients with Atrial septal defects (ASD) or perimembranous ventricular septal defect (VSD).Methods The data of 16 patients with ASD or VSD receiving transcatheter occlusion were reviewed.Results All the patients were successfully occluded;No residual shunt,aortic regurgitation or tricuspid regurgitation was found by TTE and cardioangiography after operation;No cardiac murmur could be heard;No shift occurred in the postion of the occluders and no residual shunt was found 1 month and 3 months after operation;Atrioventricular block (AVB) occurred in 2 cases on the second day after operation and recovery was gained after isoprenaline and dexamethasone treatment for 3 to 5 days.Conclusions Transcatheter interventional occlusion is a safe,effective and ideal method with low incidence of serious complications for ASD and VSD.
