白纹伊蚊北方分布边界调查及密度监测分析

目的调查白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)北方边界及密度,了解登革热传播危险程度及白纹伊蚊孳生习性,为制定防制措施提供科学依据;方法7-9月依据《全国埃及伊蚊、白纹伊蚊分布边界专项调查方案》,对县内城市居民区、农村居民区、旅游景区、养殖耕种区、特殊场所等五种生态环境分别以诱蚊诱卵器、诱蚊灯、容器法及吸蚊器、人工捕捉方法进行调查监测;结果涉县境内的北纬36°17′至36°55′,东经113°26′至114°之间存在白纹伊蚊,这是涉县首次发现白纹伊蚊,且布雷图指数、容器指数均超过20%;结论涉县及周边区域未来对登革热等蚊媒传染病防控形势严峻,同时对白蚊伊蚊河北省分布情况确定提供重要依据,也对河北省相关蚊媒传染病防控有着警示的作用。
