血清补体C1q与狼疮肾炎及糖尿病肾病的相关性分析

目的 探讨血清补体C1q在狼疮肾炎与糖尿病肾病中的变化,为临床狼疮肾炎与糖尿病肾病的诊断与鉴别诊断提供理论依据.方法 选取2015年10月至2016年10月我院住院治疗狼疮肾炎患者33例,糖尿病肾病患者57例,同期体检健康人104例作为对照组,分别测定其血清补体C1q水平.结果 狼疮肾炎组血清补体C1q水平明显低于糖尿病肾病组(P=0.00)和对照组(P=0.001);糖尿病肾病组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 血清补体C1q水平在各组受试者中不同,检测血清补体C1q水平可用于狼疮肾炎与糖尿病肾病的诊断与鉴别诊断.

Correlation Analysis Between Serum Complement C1q,Lupus Nephritis and Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To investigate the changes of serum complement C1q in lupus nephritis and diabetic nephropathy,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lupus nephritis and diabetic nephropathy.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,33 patients with lupus nephritis,57 patients with diabetic nephropathy and 104 healthy subjects were enrolled as case and control groups,and serum complement C1 q levels were measured.Results The level of serum complement C1q in lupus nephritis group was significantly lower than that in diabeticnephropathy group and normal control group.The difference between diabetic nephropathy group and normal control group was not statistically significant.Conclusion Serum complement C1q levels are different between case and control.Serum complement C1q levels can be used for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lupus nephritis and diabetic nephropathy.
