| 摘 要： | 本文从实习目标、规章制度、学生特点等方面深入分析了非医攻博研究生临床实习中存在的问题，提出了明确实习目的、科学设置实习内容与要求、理顺管理体制、营造良好临床实习氛围、优化课程设置、建立规章制度等对策。

| Abstract: | Further analyze the problems existed in the clinical practice of non-medicine majored undergraduates, according to the objects of their clinical practice, regulations and disciplines, and their characteristic. With definng the purpose of clinical practice, scientifically design the content and requirement, make clear management system, create nice atmosphere to practice, advance course design, establish regulation system, provide solution and , and so on. |
