高频超声在诊断腹股沟疝中的临床价值

目的：探讨高频超声在检查腹股沟疝时对诊断的影响和临床应用价值。方法：用频率为7∽10 MHz超声探头，对2004年1月∽2012年12月间古交市中心医院临床诊断为腹股沟疝的41例患者进行腹股沟部的超声扫查，并对检查结果进行分析。结果：在41例腹股沟疝患者中，斜疝39例，直疝2例，均具有超声诊断典型的声像图表现，肠管表现为低回声伴蠕动，脂肪组织表现为高回声。结论：高频超声检查是临床确诊腹股沟疝的首选方法，可为临床提供可靠的定位及定性诊断。

The Clinical Value of Application of High Frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Inguinal Hernia

Objective：To explore the effect and clinical value of application of high frequency ultrasound in the di-agnosis of inguinal hernia. Methods：41 patients with inguinal hernia were conducted ultrasound scanning performed by a 7 ∽ 10 MHz ultrasound probe,and the data were analyzed from January 2004 to December 2012 in Gujiao Central Hos-pital of Shanxi Province. Results：Among a total of 41 patients with inguinl hernia ,39 cases were indirect and 2 direct herina ,the sonography of which was typical. Besides,the intestine was hypoechoic with peristalsis ,and the adipose tis-sue was hyperechoic. Conclusions：The high frequency ultrasound is the first choice for the clinically diagnose of ingui-nal hernia. It is beneficial to provide reliable positioning and qualitative for clinical diagnosis.
