| 摘 要： | 子宫颈癌患者的基因组常表现为遗传不稳定性,主要包括以下两方面:一方面染色体区段增多,主要为3q和5p增多,参与子宫颈癌进展的不同阶段,并证实多种癌基因位于此区;另一方面染色体区段缺失,如3p、2q和5P缺失,这些区段缺失在子宫颈癌中有很高的发生率,表明此区段可能含有多种肿瘤抑制基因.由此可知基因组改变与子宫颈癌的发展关系密切.

Recent Advances in the Relationship between Genomic Alterations and Cervical Cancer |

| Abstract: | Genetic instability often occurs in cervical carcinoma patients.One alteration is gain of chromosome segments,mainly including 3q and 5p which increase to participate in different stages of the development in cervical cancer.It has been confirmed that a variety of oncogenes are located in these regions.The other is the loss of chromosome segments,such as 3p,2q and 5p,indicating that this section,which has a high incidence because of the loss in cervical cancer,may contain multiple tumor suppress genes.It suggests that the development of cervical cancer is closely related with genomic alterations. |
