美国家庭医生培养全过程及其对我国的启示

全科医生制度是国家卫生服务体系的重要组成部分，加强全科医学教育是现代医学教育发展的必然趋势。我国的全科医学起步较晚，全科医生培养制度与全科医学教育发展相对不足，相关经验缺乏。通过详细介绍美国华盛顿大学医学院家庭医生培训全过程，从而揭示美国家庭医生培养制度系统性、规范化和普及性强等特点。启示我国可从以下几方面促进全科医学教育的发展：①充分重视全科医学在国家卫生服务体系的重要作用；②系统规划全科医学教育的三段式培养；③深入落实全科医学教育教学内容和师资队伍建设。

Training process of American family medicine and their enlightenment on China

General practitioner system is an important part of national health service system. Improving general medical education is an inevitable tendency of modem medical education. General medical science starts late in China. Development of Chinese general practitioner training system and general medical education are relatively insufficient and lack of relevant experiences. This paper intro- duced family doctor training process of Washington university school of medicine and revealed characteristics of systematization, standardization and pervasive of it to inspire our country to learn from the following aspects ： （ 1 ） paying fully attention to the important role of general medical science in the na- tional health service system; （2） systematically planning three-step training of general medical educa- tion; （3） implementing general medical education teaching content and teaching staff development.
