1～3岁生长迟缓儿童临床研究

目的：分析1～3岁生长迟缓儿童的相关危险因素,为预防以及指导家长防范该病提供依据。方法：对112例生长迟缓的1～3岁儿童以统一的问卷方式进行调查,并与同期门诊儿保1～3岁正常儿童170例作对照组。结果：相对于正常儿童,生长迟缓患儿不仅在出生体质量、身高、头围、胎龄、父母平均身高方面存在差异,还与下列因素有关：①双亲文化程度;②水果、蔬菜、肉蛋奶类食品摄入量。结论：儿童生长迟缓与遗传因素相关,而后天综合因素作用更易导致儿童生长迟缓。因此,指导母亲改善患儿饮食习惯和环境卫生,避免导致该病发生的各种因素,有利于预防儿童生长迟缓的发生。
