糖尿病患者血清镁的改变及临床意义

目的 :通过观察近两年来我院住院的糖尿病患者的血清镁水平 ,与正常对照组比较 ,探讨糖尿病患者体内镁的改变及临床意义。方法 :血糖检测采用己糖激酶法 ,血镁为MTB显色法。结果 :糖尿病组血清镁降低 ,二者有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,表明糖尿病患者体内存在镁缺乏 ;血糖大于 11 1mmol/L组与血糖小于 11 1mmol/L组血清镁比较 ,二者差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :糖尿病病人体内普遍存在镁的缺乏 ,而镁缺乏与血糖浓度没有直接联系。纠正镁的缺乏 ,对提高胰岛素治疗效果、减少并发症的发生具有十分重要的意义

Change of Serum Magnesium in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Its Clinical Significance

Objectives:Through observing the level of serum magnesium of patients with diabetes mellitus who admitted in the recent two years and comparing it with the control group, the significance of the change in the blood of patients with diabetes mellitus was discussed.Methods:Blood sugar was tested with Olympus Au400. Serum magnesium was tested with MTB color display instrument.Results:The level of serum magnesium for the diabetic group was lower than that the control group. The difference was quite significant (p< 0.o1). It obviously showed that deficiency of magnesium existed in the blood of the diabetics. There was no difference for magnesium levels between those whose blood sugar level were more than 11.1 mmol/L and those whose blood sugar level were lower than 11.1 mmol/L (p >0.05).Conclusions:Deficiency of serum magnesium in the diabetics generally exists. There is no direct correlation between deficiency of magnesium and blood sugar level. Correction of magnesium deficiency can help insulin to achieve a good effect, and it is also valuable to prevent complication.
