| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究银杏叶提取物 (ExtractofGinkgoBilboa,EGB)对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法 :应用EGB对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠进行了8wk治疗 ,观察其对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。结果 :EGB能明显提高血清及肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及谷光甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性 ,改善基底膜增厚及基质增生 ,减少实验大鼠肾脏尿蛋白排泄量 ,减轻肾功能损害。结论 :EGB在预防与治疗糖尿病肾病方面有一定作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effect of extract of ginkgo bilboa leaf(EGB)on renal lesions in diabetic rats.METHODS:Allaxan diabetic rats were treated with EGB(120mg.kg.d-1)for eight weeks,the protective effects of EGB on renal function were evaluated.RESULTS:The results showed that the contents of SOD and GSH-Px significantly increased,and the excretion of urinary protein and the injury of renal function decreased,while the stroma proliferation and the basement membrane thickening were improved in diabetic rats treated with EGB.CONCLUSION:EGB plays definite role in preventing diabetic nephropathy. |
