手术室护理对术后肺部感染和满意度的影响

目的探讨手术室护理对术后肺部感染和满意度的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月在本院接受手术治疗的73例患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组（37例）和对照组（36例）,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予手术室护理,比较两组的术后肺部感染率及护理满意度。结果实验组的肺部感染率为13.50%,显著低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的护理满意率为89.20%,显著高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对接受手术治疗的患者实施手术室护理,可有效降低术后肺部感染率,同时对于护理满意度的提高也有积极的促进作用。

Influence of operation room nursing in postoperative pulmonary infection and satisfaction

Objective To explore the influence of operation room nursing in postoperative pulmonary infection and satisfaction. Methods 73 patients treated with operation from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group（n=37） and control group（n=36）. The control group were given routine nursing,the study group were given operation room nursing.The rate of pulmonary infection and satisfaction of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The pulmonary infection of study group was 13.50%,which was lower than33.33% of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of study group was 89.20%,which was higher than 69.44% of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of operation room nursing for patients treated with operation can decrease postoperative pulmonary infection rate and increase the satisfaction observably.
