摘    要:目的探讨不同剂量米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选择2013年9月~2014年3月在本院治疗的45例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为A、B、C组,分别口服100、200、400 mg米非司酮,1次/d,连用3 d,3个疗程后,观察临床疗效以及不同剂量与患者血β-HCG的关系。结果A、B、C组有效率分别为40.0%、66.7%、86.7%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。当血β-HCG值在300~2000 U/L时用100~200 mg,1次/d,连服3 d,连续3个疗程时最有效;当血β-HCG值在2001~5000 U/L时用200~400 mg,1次/d,连服3 d,连续3个疗程时最有效。结论米非司酮治疗异位妊娠安全有效,血β-HCG的浓度越大,米非司酮的剂量越高就越有效。

Clinical observation of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect on different dose of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 45 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2014 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into group A,B,C.100,200,400 mg mifepristone,1 times a day,for 3days was used in group A,B,C respectively.After 3 course of treatment,clinical efficacy and the relationship between the efficay on various doses of mifepristone and serum β-HCG value were observed. Results The effective rate of group A,B,C was 40.0%,66.7%,86.7% respectively,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).When the blood β-HCG value from 300 to2000 U/L,mifepristone(100 to 200 mg,1 time a day for 3 days,3 consecutive sessions)used were the most effective;when the bloodβ-HCG value from 2001 to 5000 U/L,mifepristone(200 to 400 mg,1 time a day for 3 days,3 course of treatment)applied were the most effective. Conclusion Mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and effective,the greater of serum β-HCG concentration,the higher dose of mifepristone is needed.
