肺气虚加寒湿外邪大鼠复合模型建立的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨寒湿环境因素对正常及肺气虚大鼠一般情况的影响,为建立内外合邪动物模型做一初步尝试。方法选取40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、寒湿组、肺气虚组、肺气虚加寒湿组,每组10只。肺气虚组模型复制采用气管注射脂多糖与烟熏的复合方法。造模28 d后,肺气虚加寒湿组与寒湿组给予寒湿环境一周,于造模前、后观察记录各组大鼠精神活动、毛色、进食量、饮水量、体重、皮肤、关节及大便情况,连续观察7 d。结果与对照组比较,肺气虚组大鼠进食量、饮水量均明显减少,体重增长明显减慢(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与寒湿组、肺气虚组比较,肺气虚加寒邪组大鼠进食量、饮水量明显减少,且体重都较给予外环境前减轻(P<0.05)。肺气虚组大鼠在精神状态、活动、毛色、皮肤、关节及大便等方面均有一定影响,而肺气虚加寒湿组表现尤为明显。结论寒湿环境对正常及肺气虚大鼠的一般情况都有影响,对肺气虚影响更为明显。

Abstract:Objective To explore the impacts of the cold and humid environmental factors on the general situations of the rats with lung qi deficiency so as to have a initial attempt on the establishment of animal model with the invasion of endogenous and exogenous factors.Methods 40 SD rats were randomized into a control group,a cold damp group,a lung qi deficiency group and a complex group of lung qi deficiency and cold damp group,10 rats in each one.In the lung qi deficiency group,the composite method of tracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide and smoking was adopted to duplicate the models.After modeling for 28 days,the rats in the complex of lung qi deficiency and cold damp group,and those in the cold damp group were under cold and humid environment for one week.The spiritual activities,hair color,food intake,water intake,body weight,skin,joints and defecate situation were observed and recorded in each group,continuously for 7 days.Results Compared with the control group,the food intake and water intake were reduced apparently and the body weight gaining was slow obviously for the rats in the lung qi deficiency group(P0.05 or P0.01).As compared with the cold damp group and the lung qi deficiency group,the food intake and water intake were reduced apparently and the body weight was lighter than that before the invasion of the external environment for the rats in the complex of lung qi deficiency and cold damp group(P0.05).For the rats in the lung qi deficiency group,the spiritual activities,hair color,skin,joints and defecate situation were impacted to certain extent,which was especially apparently in the complex of lung qi deficiency and cold damp group.Conclusion The cold and humid environment impacts the general situations of normal rats and those with lung qi deficiency.The impacts are much more apparent for the rats with lung qi deficiency.
