基于CiteSpace的信息-动机-行为技巧模型在护理领域中文文献的可视化分析

目的 综合分析信息-动机-行为（information-motivation-behavioral,IMB）技巧模型在护理领域中文文献的研究热点和发展趋势,为该领域的深入研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库,搜集关于IMB技巧模型在护理领域的中文文献并应用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入351篇文献,文献数量整体呈增长趋势;314篇文献发表于136种期刊,北大中文核心类期刊上发表的文献数为42篇;发文作者分布较为分散,合作关系较少;健康宣教、生活质量、自我效能、自我管理、依从性是IMB技巧模型在国内护理领域关注的热点。结论 IMB模型在国内护理领域的研究日益受到关注,处于快速发展阶段,但文献的整体发文质量相对偏低,研究深度仍有待提高,未来研究者应扩大范围,深入研究,进而更好地验证IMB模型的实施效果。

Visual analysis of Chinese literature of information-motivation-behavioral skills model in the field of nursing on CiteSpace

Objective To analyze synthetically research hotspot and development trend of Chinese literature of information-motivation-behavioral (IMB) skills model in the field of nursing, providing a reference for further studies in this field. Methods We searched 3 databases including CNKI, Wanfang and VIP to collect for Chinese literature on IMB skills model in the field of nursing and used CiteSpace 5.8.R3 to analyze the data. Results A total of 351 literatures were included and literature quantity overall showed a trend of growth. A total of 314 articles were published in 136 journals and in core journal of Peking University for 42 references. The distribution of authors was relatively scattered, and there was less cooperation. Health education, the quality of life, self-efficacy, self-management and compliance are the focus of nursing research on information-motivation-behavioral skills model in China in recent years. Conclusion IMB skills model is becoming more and more attention in nursing practice in China, and is in the stage of rapid development, but the overall quality is relatively low, the literature research depth remains to be improved. Future researchers should expand the scope of study and better effect of IMB skills model to verify the implementation of its better effect.
