Analysis of prognostic factors of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Objective To analyze the prognostic factors of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The prognostic factors of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation was analyzed.Results Among the 120 patients,16 cases had good prognosis,104 cases had poor prognosis,accounting for 13.3%and 86.7%respectively.There were statistically significant differences in onset time,onset place,etiology,pre-onset state,first monitoring heart rhythm,start time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,continuous time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and total amount of adrenaline between patients with good prognosis and poor prognosis(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the first monitoring heart rhythm,start time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and continuous time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation(P<0.05).Conclusion The first monitoring heart rhythm,start time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and continuous time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation,which deserve full clinical attention.
