Influences of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation assisted anesthesia on postoperative pain and stress response of patients with breast cancer

Objective To investigate the influences of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation assisted anesthesia on postoperative pain and stress response of patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery were divided into control group(general anesthesia)and intervention group(percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation assisted anesthesia on the basis of the control group)according to different anesthesia schemes,with 70 cases in each group.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The changes of E,NE and Cor levels in the intervention group immediately and at 12 h after operation were more stable than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6,12 and 24 h after operation,the pain scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative dosage of sufentanil in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,the recovery time and extubation time were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation assisted anesthesia is more helpful to maintain the stability of physiological indexes,decrease the stress response and postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications at 24 h after operation.
