体外冲击波联合中药熏蒸治疗腰脊神经后支综合征的效果及对血清IL-6、PGE2水平的影响

目的探讨体外冲击波联合中药熏蒸治疗腰脊神经后支综合征的效果及对血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、前列腺素E₂(PGE₂)水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的122例腰脊神经后支综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为联合组(61例,体外冲击波+中药熏蒸治疗)与对照组(61例,体外冲击波治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组的治愈率为81.97%,明显高于对照组的63.93%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS、ODI评分均降低,且联合组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、PGE₂水平均降低,且联合组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合中药熏蒸治疗腰脊神经后支综合征的效果显著,可明显改善患者的疼痛程度及腰椎功能,降低血清IL-6、PGE₂水平,具有良好应用前景。

Effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of spinal dorsal ramus syndrome and its influence on serum IL-6 and PGE2 levels

Objective To investigate the effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of spinal dorsal ramus syndrome and its influence on serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and prostaglandin E₂(PGE₂)levels.Methods A total of 122 patients with spinal dorsal ramus syndrome admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into combined group(61 cases,extracorporeal shock wave+traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment)and control group(61 cases,extracorporeal shock wave treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate in the combined group was 81.97%,which was significantly higher than 63.93% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores in the two groups reduced,and those in the combined group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and PGE₂ in the two groups decreased,and those in the combined group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of spinal dorsal ramus syndrome has a significant effect,it can significantly improve the patient's pain and lumbar function,reduce serum IL-6 and PGE₂ levels,and has a good application prospects.
