小剂量氯氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的效果及对患者神经细胞凋亡速度的影响

目的研讨小剂量氯氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的效果及对患者细胞凋亡速度的影响。方法将90例精神分裂症患者按随机数表法分为对照组与联合组,各45例。对照组给予阿立哌唑治疗,联合组加用小剂量氯氮平治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的精神状态、心理状态、症状严重程度及血液BAX、Bcl-2、FAS蛋白的表达量。结果治疗后,两组的PANSS、GSES、SCL-90评分及BAX、FAS蛋白表达量均降低,Bcl-2蛋白表达量均升高,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量氯氮平联合阿立哌唑可以有效改善精神分裂症患者的阴性、阳性症状及情感症状,并可减缓其神经细胞凋亡速度。

Effect of low dose clozapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on the speed of nerve cell apoptosis

Objective To explore the effect of low dose clozapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on the speed of nerve cell apoptosis.Methods Ninty patients with schizophrenia were divided into control group and combination group according to random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the combination group was added to low-dose clozapine.The mental state,psychological state,severity of symptoms and the protein expression quantity of BAX,Bcl-2 and FAS in blood before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of PANSS,GSES,SCL-90 and the protein expression quantity of BAX and FAS in both groups decreased,while the protein expression quantity of Bcl-2 increased,and those in the combination group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose clozapine combined with aripiprazole can effectively improve the negative,positive and emotional symptoms,and slow down the speed of nerve cell apoptosis of patients with schizophrenia.
