| 摘 要： | 哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号途径的异常与肿瘤密切相关.经典和新型的mTOR抑制剂在消化系统肿瘤的临床前和临床研究显示了该类药物具有抗肿瘤作用,并且能够增强肿瘤细胞对现有化疗药物的敏感性.

| Abstract: | Deregulated mTOR signaling pathway is associated closely with variety of human cancers. Preclinical and clinical studies of both classical and newly developed mTOR inhibitors in digestive system cancers show that these drugs not only have anti-tumor properties, but also can enhance tumor cells sensitivity to standard chemotherapy agents. |
