益母草颗粒剂及血府瘀冲剂对减少药物流产后阴道出血的临床研究

目的：用中药治疗减少物流产后阴道出血量及缩短阴道出血时间。方法：将150例病人随机分组，分别用益母草冲剂及血府逐瘀冲剂治疗流产后阴道出血。结果：单剂益母草颗粒剂及血府逐瘀冲剂对减少流产后阴道出血持续时间及出血量无临床差异，但二者合剂却能明显缩短出血时间及减少出血量。结论：复方合剂中药制剂对减少药物流产后阴道出血量及缩短出血时间有良好的临床效果。

Yimucao drop preparation and Xue fuzhuyu oral juice for reduction of vagina bleeding caused by medicine aborting

Objective: medicine treatment for reducing vagina bleeding caused by medicine aborting. Method: 150 patients are at ranclom divided in to two groups given yimuco drop preparation and xuefuzhuyu oral juice to treat the vagina bleeing caused by medicine aborting, respectively. Results: There was no difference in reducing the lasting time and the amount of vagina bleeding caused by medicine aborting if either of the two drug alone was used. However, both of them used together showed better a treatment effect. Conclusion: The combination of the two chinese medicines has a very best clinice effect for reducing the lasting time and the amount of vagina bleeding after medicine aborting.
