高职特困生心理健康、社会支持及其相关研究

目的　探讨高职特困大学生的心理健康、社会支持状况以及二者的相关性。方法　采用分层随机取样法 ,自山东省商业职业技术学院选取不同年级的非特困生 1 5 0名、普通特困生 1 80名、优秀特困生 5 0名 ,以《社会支持评定量表》和SCL-90为工具 ,进行了比较分析。结果　普通特困生 SCL-90至少有 1个因子得分等于或大于 3分的学生占 2 8.7% ,而优秀特困生仅占 2 0 .9% ;前者 SCL-90各因子得分均非常显著地高于非特困生 ,而后者和非特困生相比差异不显著 ;前者主观支持和支持利用度均显著低于非特困生 ,后者与非特困生的差异不显著 ;普通特困生的社会支持 3个维度的得分与SCL-90总分均呈显著的负相关。结论　高职生的心理健康及相关因素不容忽视

A Study on the Mental Health and Social Support Status of the Impoverished Vocational College Students and the Relationship Between Them

Objective To explore the mental health and social support status of the impoverished vocational college students between them.Methods In this study Social Support Rating Scale and SCL-90 were used to measure a sample composed of 180 impoverished ordinary students,50 impoverished top students and 150 non-impoverished students selected from three grades of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology by hierarchical random sampling.The data was processed with SPSS10.0.Results 28.7% of the impoverished ordinary students and 20.9% of the impoverished top students each have got at least one factor of SCL-90 scoring no less than 3 points.The score to each factor of SCL-90 by the ordinary impoverished students is higher significantly than that by the non-impoverished students,while there's no significant difference between those by the impoverished top students and the non-impoverished students.The level of the perceived social support and the social support utilization of the impoverished ordinary students is lower significantly than that of the non-impoverished students,while there's no significant difference between that of the impoverished top students and the non-imoverished students;and in the impoverished ordinary students the scores to the three factors of the Social Support Rating Scale correlate negatively with the total of the SCL-90 significantly.Conclusion Do not neglect the mental health and the relationship between them of the impoverished vocational college students.
