利培酮、氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量影响的对照研究

目的 探讨利培酮和氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法 采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL1-74)评定生活质量，用PANSS量表评定精神症状。比较抗精神病药物治疗前后首发精神分裂症患者的生活质量，并比较利培酮和氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量影响的差异。结果 (1)首发精神分裂症患者治疗6mo后躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、社会功能维度、总维度分均显著高于治疗前。(2)利培酮组患者心理功能维度、躯体功能维度、社会功能维度、总维度分均显著高于氯氮平组患者。结论利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响明显优于氯氮平。

Effect of Clozapine and Risperide on quality of life in first episode schizophrenia pa-tient

Objectives To explore the effects caused by Clozapine and Risperide the on quality of life in first episode schizophrenia patient. To compare the effect of different antipsychotic administration on quality of life. Method The quality of life was evaluated with Generic Quality of life Inventory - 74(GQOL1 - 74) . The Positive and negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) were used to evaluate the psychotic syndrome. Compare the quality of life in first episode schizophrenia before and after treatment. And compare the effect of Clozapine and Risperdal on quality of life in patient. Result (l)Six months after treatment, the score of the first episode schizophrenia patients in physical function dimensions, mental function dimensions, social function dimensions and total dimensions score were significantly higher than pretreatment. (2)The score of the first episode schizophrenia patients treated with Risperdal in physical function dimensions, mental function dimensions, social function dimensions and total dimensions score were significantly higher than those treated with Clozapine . Conclusion Risperdal is superior to Clozapine on quality of life of first episode schizophrenia patient.
