| 摘 要： | 目的:比较万乃洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:应用两种药物口服治疗带状疱疹患者共66例,其中万乃洛韦组34例,阿昔洛韦组32例。结果:两药均用一疗程后显示,万乃洛韦组和阿昔洛韦组的治愈率分别为73.52%和40.62%,而显效率则分别为91.18%和65.63%,两者经统计学处理(χ2值分别为6.02和5.00,P均<0.05),有显著性意义。结论:万乃洛韦治疗带状疱疹的作用在缩短疗程和提高疗效上明显优于阿昔洛韦,且具有起效时间快、服用方便的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To contrast clinical effect on treatment of herpes zoster between valaciclovir Hel and acyclovir.Methods: Two groups of herpers zoster patients were treated respectively with valaciclovir(group A,34 cases) and acyclovir(group B,32 cases) and taken orally.Results: After nine days,the curative rate of valaciclovir Hel and acyclovir was 73.52% and 40.62% respectively(χ~(2)= 6.02,P<0.05) and the excellent rate was 91.18% and 65.63% respectively(χ~(2) =5.00,P<0.05).Conclusion: Therapeutic efficacy of valaciclovir Hel was better,time of treatment was less,and it is more acceptable for patients. |
