| 摘 要： | 本文报告胆囊内瘘4例,术前均经PTC明确了诊断。认为胆囊内瘘的诊断PTC明显优于其它方法。对胆囊内瘘患者的临床表现及治疗方法亦进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Four cases of internal biliary Fistulae are reported. The diagnosis of all cases were confirmed with PTC before operation. The authors consider that PTG is superior to other diagnostic methods for internal biliary fistulae. The Clinical features and treatment of the discase are discussed. |
