临床护理路径标准化管理在糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径标准化管理在2型糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝患者中应用的方法与效果。方法选择2型糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝的住院患者101例，采用随机数字表分为观察组（50例）和对照组（51例），对照组采用常规护理及健康教育，观察组在此基础上成立质量控制小组，制订2型糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝的护理措施临床路径表及健康教育临床路径表，实施临床护理路径标准化管理。结果两组患者住院天数、住院费用、患者及家属满意度及自我护理行为评分比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论实施临床护理路径标准化管理可以增强2型糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝患者的参与意识，有助于患者的康复。

Application of the standardization management of clinical nursing pathway in diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver

Objective To explore the methods and effects of standardization management of clinical nursing pathway in type 2 diabetic patients with non - alcoholic fatty liver. Methods A total of 101 type 2 diabetic inpatients with non - alcoholic fatty liver were divided into the observation group （50 cases） and the control group （51 cases） by using the random number table. The control group was given the routine nursing and health education, while the observation group was set up a quality control team of clinical nursing pathway, made the type 2 diabetes mellitus with non - alcoholic fatty liver nursing measures clinical pathway form and health education clinical pathway form, and made the standardization management of clinical nursing pathway. Results Comparison of the length of stay, hospital costs, patient and family satisfaction and self- care behavior scores between the two groups were statistically different （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of standardization management of clinical nursing pathway can enhance the sense of participation in type 2 diabetic patients with non - alcoholic fatty liver and contribute to their recovery.
