急性氧中毒小鼠血小板膜糖蛋白表达的变化

摘    要:目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD61和CD62p表达在急性氧中毒中的作用和意义.方法将小鼠随机分为急性氧中毒组和正常对照组.通过暴露于500kPa高压氧环境中,建立急性氧中毒小鼠模型.应用流式细胞术,检测小鼠血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD61和CD62p的表达.结果急性氧中毒组小鼠血小板膜糖蛋白CD31和CD61的表达水平均高于正常对照组,有显著性差异(P均<0.05);急性氧中毒组小鼠血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p的表达水平高于正常对照组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).结论急性氧中毒可增强血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD61和CD62p的表达,有利于血栓形成.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role and significance of the expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD31?CD61 and CD62p in mice after acute oxygen toxicity.Methods Mice were randomly divided into acute oxygen toxicity group and normal control group. Models of acute oxygen toxicity were established by exposing mice to 500kPa hyperbaric oxygen. The expression of CD31?CD61 and CD62p on platelet membrane in mice were measured by flow cytometry.Results The expression of CD31,CD61 and CD62p on platelet membrane in acute oxygen toxicity group mice significantly increased compared with normal control group mice(respectively P<0.05,P<0.05,P <0.01).Conclusions Acute oxygen toxicity can lead to the upregulation of CD31?CD61 and CD62p expression on platelet membrane in mice.
