粉防己繁殖材料研究

摘    要:目的研究粉防己繁殖所用的材料。方法选取粉防己的种子、块根,在不同的时间和用不同的处理方法进行人工繁殖。结果以种子的出苗率最高,其次是块根,用根茎作为繁殖材料的效果最差。结论粉防己在实际生产中种子繁殖方法最适宜。

Abstract:Objective To study reproductive materials of Stephania tetrandra.Methods To select seed and root tuber to process artificial propagation on different times and different treatment methods. Results It was showed to have the best rate of emergence with seed ,the following be root tuber,and the worst propagate materials as stem to be used.Conclusion It was the most suitable for seed as propagate materials in practical production.
