摘    要:目的 探讨大鼠梗阻性黄疸时血浆NO和ET的改变及其意义。方法 胆总管结扎法建立梗阻性黄疸模型,用放射免疫分析法和比色法测定血浆NO和ET的水平,生理记录仪测定心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心输出量(CO)。结果 胆总管结扎组(BDL组)大鼠血浆NO含量明显增高,ET含量下降,平均动脉压(MAP)下降,心率(HR)减慢,心输出量(CO)增加,与SO组、N组相比,SO组与N组之间差异不明显。结论

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin(ET) in obstructive jaundice in rats. Methods Plasma concentration of NO and ET were determined in bile duct ligated (BDL) rats and control rats with colorimetry and radioimmunoassay. HR, MAP and CO were measured with kymography. Results NO level in BDL group was higher than in control rats( P <0.01), and the plasma level of ET was lower in BDL group than in control rats 10 days after bile duct ligation (P < 0.05). The decreased MAP and HR and increased CO were observed in BDL group. Conclusion The increase of NO and decrease of ET might play roles in systemic hemodynamic changes of obstructive jaundic.
