摘    要:
目的:大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和克雷伯菌是引起慢性泌尿系感染的主要菌群,本研究观察玉米须提取物和花青素溶液对其生长的协同抑菌作用。方法:以大肠埃希菌(1.6×106cfu/mL)、金黄色葡萄球菌(5.6×106cfu/mL)和克雷伯菌(1.8×106cfu/mL)为观察对象,向细菌培养液中分别加入玉米须提取物(0,35,70,140 g·L-1)、花青素(0.312,0.625,1.25 g·L-1)、玉米须提取物(70 g·L-1)和花青素(0.625 g·L-1)混合液,采用比浊法(600 nm)测定细菌6 h的生长情况,并计算其抑制率。结果:在6 h时玉米须提取物和花青素对3种细菌的生长抑制呈现出时间剂量依赖性曲线。在玉米须提取物(70 g·L-1)和花青素(0.625 g·L-1)培养细菌6 h时,单独成分对大肠埃希菌的抑菌率为(31.3±2.42)%和(21.6±1.89)%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为(25.3±2.85)%和(37.2±1.74)%,对克雷伯菌的抑菌率分别是(39.7±1.34)%和(15.3±3.67)%,而联合使用时对3种细菌的的抑菌率分别提高到(76.8±2.53)%,(80.1±1.74)%和(67.3±1.53)%。结论:玉米须提取物对克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌抑制作用显著,花青素对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用明显。联合使用既扩大了抗菌谱,又有协同抑制作用,能显著提高对3种致病菌的生长抑制。该组合可以用于慢性泌尿道的感染防治。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of corn silk extract and anthocyanins on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Method:The turbidimetric method (600 nm) was used for determining bacterial growth of E. coli(1.6×106cfu/mL), S. aureus (5.6×106cfu/mL) and K. pneumoniae(1.8×106cfu/mL) by adding corn silk extract(0,35,70,140 g·L-1), anthocyanin(0.312,0.625,1.25 g·L-1) and corn silk extract(70 g·L-1)-anthocyanin(0.625 g·L-1)mixed solutions for 6 h. Result:The results showed that a time and dose dependent inhibitory curve of corn silk extract and anthocyanins on three bacteria were observed within 6 h. The inhibitory rates of corn silk extract (70 g·L-1) and anthocyanins (0.625 g·L-1) were (31.3±2.42)% and (21.6±1.89)% on E. coli,(25.3±2.85)% and (37.2±1.74)% on S. aureus, and (39.7±1.34)% and (15.3±3.67)% on K. pneumoniae, respectively, while the effect of their combination was (76.8±2.53)% on E. coli,(80.1±1.74)% on S. aureus and (67.3±1.53)% on K. pneumoniae. Conclusion:The compatibility of corn silk extract and anthocyanins can not only expand the antibacterial spectrum, and also has synergistic effects on pathogenic bacteria to prevent and treat chronic urinary tract infection.
