| 摘 要： | 目的：建立新方法测定复方三七颗粒中人参皂苷Rgl。方法：样品前处理方法改为甲醇提取后，用1％氢氧化钠溶液溶解，用大孔树脂吸附，用70％乙醇溶液洗脱，用TLC检测，回收率为98．4％，RSD=1．43％。结论：方法科学，结果准确。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a new method for the determination of the Ginsenoside Rg1 in Compoundradix notoginseng Granule.Method:to extract sample by methanol and to dis- solove in 1%NaoH aq.,to adsorb by D101Resin.To cleanse by 70% alcohol.To determinate Rgl by TLC scanning.The recovery was 98.40%,RSD was 1.43%.Conclusion:The method was sci- entific and accurate. |
