| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT灌注成像对肝细胞癌(HCC)经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)的临床意义。方法:对30例HCC患者于TACE前1d及术后7～10d行CT灌注扫描,测量肿瘤组织及正常肝组织灌注参数。结果:肿瘤组织TACE术前、术后HBF、HBV、HAP存在显著差异(P<0.05),MTT、PS、HAF、PVP无显著差异(P>0.05)。正常组织TACE术前、术后各灌注参数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:CT灌注成像可客观评价TACE前后血供变化,对指导TACE治疗有着重要价值。 |
