慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织Fas表达与血清可溶性Fas水平的关系

目的探讨患者肝组织中Fas的表达与血清可溶性Fas水平的关系。方法用免疫组化方法检测60例慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织Fas的表达,同时用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清可溶性Fas。结果重度慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中sFas水平>中度>轻度,各组间差异有显著意义(P<0.01);慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织Fas表达的程度和血清sFas水平与肝组织病变的活动性一致。结论 1.肝组织炎症程度与肝组织Fas抗原的表达有关;2.Fas介导的肝细胞凋亡在慢性乙型肝炎的发病机制中起重要作用,抑制肝细胞Fas表达有助于减轻肝细胞损伤程度。

The relationship between the expression of Fas and serum levels of soluble Fas in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of Fas and serum levels of soluble Fas in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method Liver biopsies were studied by immunohistochemistry to determine Fas and serum levels of soluble Fas (sFas) were detected with ELISA in 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B.Results sFas levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B were higher in patients with severe liver injury than in patients with moderate or mild liver injury. There was significant difference among the three groups( P < 0.01). The histological activity index was correlated with the degree of expression of Fas and the serum levels of sFas ( P < 0.01). Conclusion 1. There was a relationship between the expression of Fas antigen in liver tissue, the serum sFas levels and histological activity; 2. the hepatic apoptosis mediated through Fas antigen may play an important role in pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B, and decreasing Fas expression contributes to alleviate the degree of hepatic injury.
