层级管理在基层手术室管理中的应用

目的探讨层级管理在手术室的应用效果。方法根据手术室工作特点以及手术室护理人员的职称及其能力进行合理分组，成立护士长—护理组长—小组组长的三级管理体系，科学地开展分层级管理，在实施中不断总结、评价。结果实施层级管理前后护理工作质量和服务质量指标比较，均P〈0．05，差异有统计意义。结论通过实施层级管理，优化护理管理效果，激发各级人员的潜能，实现被动管理转向主动管理，提高护理工作质量和服务质量，值得临床推广。

Classification management at the grassrods level management of the operating room

Objective To study the effect of the classiflcation management in the operating room.Methods Based on the characteristics of working in the operating room and their professional titles and their abilities,the system of classification management can be rationally divided into three classes-the head nurse,the nursing Leader and the team leader.So they were scientifically managed according to the classification management,with the results analyzed and evaluated constantly.Results There were statistical differences between the pre-and post-implementation of classification management in nursing quality and nursing service quality(P<0.05).Conclusions The classification management can let people take their responsibility at various classes.It can optimize the effect of nursing management and stimulate the individual potential of nurses of all classes,achieving the transformation from passive management to active management.It can improve the quality nursing service and is worth popularizing clinically.
