| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生理盐水冲洗对提高CT血管成像质量的临床价值。方法180例患者随机分为三组(每组60例):A、B组对比剂剂量分别按照1.0ml/kg、1.5ml/kg体重计算;C组比剂剂量按照1.0ml/kg体重计算,另注生理盐水0.5ml/kg体重(注射完对比剂后按照相同速率注入生理盐水进行冲洗)。结果A组、B组、C组重建门静脉赋分为优或良的百分率分别为33.4%、53.3%和58.4%,A组与B组、C组间差异有统计学意义(P*=0.013,P**=0.020),B组与C组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.735)。结论低剂量的对比剂(1.0ml/kg)加生理盐水冲洗可获得与较大剂量对比剂(1.5ml/kg)同等质量的重建图像。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness of a saline flush technique in improving the imaging quality of vascular reconstruction using Multi-slice spiral CT. Methods 180 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups(60 cases each group),the doles of the contrast in group A is 1.0ml/kg and group B is 1.5ml/kg.In group C,0.5ml/kg saline was injected in the same rate after injecting 1.0ml/kg contrast.
