| 手术治疗C型踝部骨折96例分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 从1990年1月至1995年6月,手术治疗C型踝部骨折96例。临床随访6个月至5年,平均随访2年零3个月。所有病例均获骨性愈合。参照齐氏疗效判定标准,优良率达97.9％。作者认为C型踝部骨折应尽早手术治疗。对此型骨折概念、具体手术操作方法及内固定有关问题进行了介绍和讨论。 |

| Abstract: | From January 1990 to June 1995, the authors treated 96 cases of C-type ankle fructure with operation. All the cases have a follow-up of 0. 5 to 5 years with an average of 2. 25 years. Bone union were obtained in all the patient. According to jias assessing standard, excellent and good clinical results were in 97. 9% of the patients. The authors think that this type fracture should be operated as soon as possible. In the paper, the definition of C-type ankle fracture, concreated operative methods and internal fixation are illustrated and discussed respectively. |
