摘    要:【目的】研究垂体后叶素对小鼠心肌组织形态及超微结构的影响。【方法】小鼠腹腔注射20U/kg垂体后叶素30min,建立心肌缺血模型,监测心电图变化,通过HE染色法观察心肌病理改变,Nagar-Olsen特殊染色观察心肌缺血损伤程度,透射电镜技术观察心肌细胞超微结构的变化。【结果】光镜下心肌组织HE染色切片未见明显的形态学改变;Nagar-Olsen特殊染色可见大片区域红染;透射电镜下可见肌纤维排列紊乱、线粒体膜和嵴融合、间质水肿等超微结构改变。【结论】小鼠腹腔注射20U/kg垂体后叶素30min,可导致心肌早期缺血损伤。

Abstract:Objective] To study the effects of pituitrin on the morphology and ultramicrostructure of myocardium in mice. Methods] The mice were injected with pituitrin (20 U/kg, 30 min) intraperitoneally to set up the acute myocardial ischemic model, and electrocardiogram was observed. The pathological changes of myocardium were observed by HE staining, the degree of myocardial ischemic injury was observed by Nagar-Olsen specific staining, and the ultrastructural changes of myocardial cell were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results] Under the light microscope, no obvious pathology changes were observed by HE staining, large red dye regions were observed in Nagar-Olsen specific staining slice. Under the electron microscope, lots of uhrastructure changes, such as myofibrils arranged disorderly, membrane and cristae .of mitoehondria dissolved, and interstitial edemaetc were observed. Conclusions] Early myocardial ischemic injury can be induced by injecting pituitrin (20 U/kg, 30 min) intraperitoneally in mice.
