缺血性心肌病患者Q-T间期离散度对心血管意外的预测价值探讨

摘    要:
目的探讨缺血性心肌病患者Q-T间期离散度对心血管意外的预测价值。方法对我院2009年8月至2011年1月收治的缺血性心肌病患者46例、缺血性心肌病发生急性心肌梗死34例、缺血性心肌病死亡患者13例与正常健康者50例作为本次实验的研究对象。所有患者均进行心电图检查,比较四组患者Q-T间期离散度是否存在差异。结果经研究结果发现,正常健康者Q-T间期离散度最低,缺血性心肌病死亡患者Q-T间期离散度最高,各组患者比较具有显著差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对缺血性心肌病患者测量Q-T间期离散度可以有效地预测患者的心血管意外,有助于临床辅助进行诊断。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the Q-T interval dispersion in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy on cardiovascular accident prediction value.Methods In our hospital in 2009 August ~2011 January were in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy in 46 cases,ischemic cardiomyopathy occurring in 34 patients with acute myocardial infarction,ischemic cardiomyopathy death in 13 cases and50 healthy subjects were as the experiment object of study.All patients underwent ECG examination,compared four groups of Q-T interval dispersion in patients whether differences exist.Results The results showed that,in normal healthy subjects Q-T interval dispersion minimum,ischemic cardiomyopathy death of Q-T dispersion in patients with highest,the groups of patients with significant difference,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy measurement of Q-T interval dispersion can effectively predict patients with cardiovascular accidents,contribute to the clinical assistant diagnosis.
