59株伯克霍尔德菌感染的分布特点及耐药性分析

目的分析我院伯克霍尔德菌感染情况及耐药性,为临床科学预防和合理使用抗生素治疗伯克霍尔德菌引起的感染提供依据。方法对2009年3月至2011年12月我院伯克霍尔德菌感染病例进行回顾性分析。结果洋葱伯克霍尔德菌以院内感染为主,多见于重症监护病房和外科,类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌以社区感染为主,多见于内科;洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染主要以痰标本为主,类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染主要以血液标本为主;该两种菌感染发生年龄均多见61岁以上患者。在抗生素耐药性方面,洋葱伯克霍尔德菌除对美罗培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、复方新诺明有较高的敏感率达43.0%以上,其他的抗生素敏感率较低。类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌对美罗培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢他啶、亚胺培南等敏感率100%。结论我院伯克霍尔德菌感染具有菌种差异性,而且,来源不同的各伯克霍尔德菌种对抗生素敏感性具有明显的差别。因此及时、定期地监测伯克霍尔德菌感染的流行情况,是预防和控制其感染扩散的重要措施。

Investigation of 59 Stains Burkholderia Infection Distributive Feature and the Analysis of Resistance Susceptibility

Objective To analyze the Burkholderia infective condition and its resistance susceptibility in order to offer the guideline for clinic prevention and the proper use of antibiotic drugs to against the Burkholderia infection.Methods Burkholderia infective cases were analyzed from May 2009 to December 2011 retrospectively.Results Burkholderia cepacia emerges in the specimen of sputum in hospital acquire infection mostly,especially in ICU and surgical wards.Burkholderia pseudomallei emerges in specimen of blood in community infection,especially in medical department.Both of the two bacteria are detected from patients with the age over 61 years old.The drug sensitive rates of Burkholderia cepacia to Meropenem,Piperacillin/tazobactam,Trimethoprim/Sulfa are high than 43.0%,other bacterial are less sensitive to the antibiotics.The drug sensitive rates of Burkholderia pseudomallei to Meropenem,Cefoperazone/Sulbactam,Ceftazidime,Imipenem were 100%.Conclusions Burkholderia infection varies in strains in the hospital,moreover,the different sources of Burkholderia vary in drug sensitivity obviously.Consequently,monitoring the current prevalence of Burkholderia infection in the hospital timely and regularly is a very important measurement for the bacteria prevention and controlling.
