60例鼻咽癌适形放疗的探讨分析

目的观察鼻咽癌患者应用适形放疗的临床效果。方法对我院自2006年5月至2010年5月以来,于我科进行治疗的60例鼻咽癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组患者30例,对B组30例患者以6MV的直线加速器进行X线的单纯放疗,对A组30例患者以CT模拟定位机及TPS进行三维适形放疗,对两组治疗的临床效果进行对比。结果 A组患者无复发,但2例出现远处转移;B组患者3例复发,有4例出现远处转移。A、B两组的无瘤生存率对比,差异明显(P<0.05)。A组患者与B组患者其急性不良反应的差异明显,但慢性不良反应还有待于长期观察。结论对鼻咽癌患者应用三维适形放疗效果优于进行单纯放疗,应于临床合理推广应用。

60 Cases of Conformal Radiotherapy of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma are Discussed

Objective Observe with NPC application the clinical effect of conformal radiotherapy.Methods In our hospital from May 2006 to May 2010 months,in our department treatment of 60 patients with NPC clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,its randomly divided into A,B two groups of patients 30 cases of group B 30 patients with 6 of the MV linear accelerator for X-ray of pure radiation therapy,A group of 30 patients with CT simulation positioning machine and TPS three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,on two groups of treating the clinical effect are compared.Results A group of patients without relapse,but two patients suffered from distant metastasis;group B patients relapse in 3,4 patients suffered from distant metastases.A and B two groups of disease-free surial rate contrast,significant difference（P0.05）.Agroup of patients with group B patients from the acute reaction is not big,but chronic reaction remains to be long-term observation.Conclusion Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients to use of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for effect is better than pure radiation therapy,should be rational clinical application.
